Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (for selected products only)
Payment for online orders is processed at the time of order confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is selected.
Refunds & Order Cancellation
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified promptly via phone or email.
Any amount paid in advance will be fully refunded using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected products only.
Payment must be made directly to our delivery driver upon receiving the order.
For card payments (K-NET, Visa, or MasterCard) upon delivery, customers must contact our customer support team at +965 9916 2783 after placing the order.
An official invoice will be provided upon successful payment.
Important Notes:
Cheques, gift vouchers, or discount coupons are not accepted as payment for Cash on Delivery orders.
Discount coupons (if applicable) must be applied before checkout.
Customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to delivery.
If the customer cannot be reached within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
